1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the vs777 platform (the "Platform"), you ("the Player," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

vs777 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including a valid Philippine government-issued identification document. Failure to provide satisfactory proof within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active vs777 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. vs777 employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, vs777 reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts, void any pending bets or bonus credits, and forfeit any balances held in the duplicate accounts.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. vs777 is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

In compliance with PAGCOR regulations and applicable anti-money laundering (AML) laws in the Philippines, all vs777 accounts are subject to KYC verification. You may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, and source of funds documentation before withdrawals are processed or at any other time at vs777's discretion. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe may be restricted or suspended.

3.4 Minor Protection

vs777 takes the protection of minors extremely seriously. If vs777 has reasonable grounds to believe that a registered player is under 21 years of age, the account will be immediately suspended pending age verification. Any winnings accrued during the period of underage use will be voided and any deposits returned, less any amounts already withdrawn, subject to investigation.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your vs777 login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

All deposits to your vs777 account must be made using payment methods accepted by the Platform, which currently include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. vs777 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts – all deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.

Deposits are credited to your vs777 PHP balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Processing times vary by payment method; GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited within 60 seconds, while bank transfers may take longer depending on the financial institution.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. vs777 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be made to accounts registered in the name of the vs777 account holder.

vs777 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms. Players will be notified of any such delay and the reason therefor, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

5.3 Currency

All transactions on vs777 are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). vs777 does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies. No foreign exchange fees are charged by vs777, though your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

vs777 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. General bonus terms include:

• Bonuses are credited to your vs777 account in PHP and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as real money.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry periods will be specified in the individual promotion's terms.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering requirements.

7. Betting Rules

All bets placed on vs777 are subject to the specific game rules applicable to the relevant product (casino, live dealer, sports betting, slots, bingo, etc.). General betting rules include:

• Bets are final once confirmed. vs777 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where expressly permitted by the applicable game rules.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or system error that affects the outcome of a game or bet, vs777 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the players' accounts.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the relevant game interface. vs777 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.
• For sports betting, vs777 reserves the right to void bets placed on events where the result was already known at the time of placement, or where there is evidence of match manipulation.
• Winnings are credited to your vs777 PHP balance upon settlement of the relevant game or event.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the vs777 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or security systems.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior toward vs777 staff or other players.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors for financial gain without reporting them to vs777 support.

vs777 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, forfeit all balances, and report the matter to relevant authorities including PAGCOR where required by law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the vs777 Platform without the prior written consent of vs777.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, vs777 shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising in connection with the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any service offered thereon.
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your account data resulting from your failure to maintain account security.
• Any loss arising from reliance on information provided on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or game results.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit vs777's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12. Termination

vs777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Regulatory requirement or direction from PAGCOR or any other competent authority.
• Extended account inactivity (accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to dormancy procedures).

Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any bonus funds and amounts subject to investigation) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

You may close your vs777 account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

vs777 operates within the PAGCOR regulatory framework. Players who wish to raise a complaint regarding vs777's compliance with PAGCOR regulations may do so through the appropriate PAGCOR channels.

14. Amendments

vs777 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, vs777 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the contact details on file. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
